  • 2004. The second release of Verso Cellars Cabernet is a worthy companion to the 2003. The wine, while full bodied has a lighter feel on the palette than the 2003, bursting with dark orchard fruits with hints of vanilla and spice. Works well with pork, beef and roast chicken. Great with cheese and chocolate for dessert. Aged 19 months in French Oak barrels.
